Framing is non refundable.

All prints, framing and photographs are non refundable and non exchangeable.

You can always contact your respective sales associate or support@coldwatergallery.com for any question.

Cancellation Policy
Please contact your respective sales associate or support@coldwatergallery.com to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellations requested after 24 hours, you are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Damage Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. . Any issues reported beyond 3 days will not be accepted.

Oversized Prints
We highly recommend prints sized 30×40 or larger are inspected and handled solely by your framer. Please contact us if you would like us to ship your order directly to your framer.

Exchanges
